Attorney: Jon Gosselin Returns Money, Kate Has Not

Money removed from a joint account shared by Jon and Kate Gosselin is the center of a court order directed at the estranged "Jon & Kate Plus 8" stars.

According to People.com, Jon's attorney says he is in "complete compliance" with the order asking him to return $180,000 – but Kate is not.

Both Jon and Kate had filed contempt motions against each other for allegedly violating their divorce guidelines for how money from a joint account should be spent – and Kate had been ordered to account for approximately $55,000 she has withdrawn.
