Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were reportedly arrested this weekend on charges of felony residential burglary after they were found living in a guest house without permission.
The Santa Barbara County sheriff's deputies were notified on Saturday afternoon that the Quaids were squatting in their old house, the Associated Press reports. They were arrested and charged with a misdemeanor of entering a noncommercial building without consent, in addition to their burglary charge. Evi, 47, was also charged with resisting arrest, and bail was set at $50,000 each.
Last September, the Quaids were charged with defrauding an innkeeper out of more than $10,000 in addition to conspiracy and burglary after they were accused of bailing on their bill after staying at the upscale San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif. 'Top Gun' actress Kelly McGillis joined in a civil union with her longtime partner Melanie Leis on Wednesday, The New York Times reports.
McGillis, 53, is best known for her role as Charlie Blackwood -- the love interest to Lieutenant "Maverick" (Tom Cruise) -- in the 1986 film 'Top Gun.' Leis, 42, is a sales executive in Philadelphia.
The two women joined in a civil union in Collingswood, New Jersey. Last year, McGillis revealed to SheWired.com that she was a lesbian. In a video posted on the website, when asked if she is looking to date a man or woman, the twice-divorced actress replied, "Definitely a woman. I'm done with the man thing."

Katy Perry celebrated in Las Vegas on Saturday night, as she enjoyed her bachelorette party.
Perry was joined by 25 friends including Rihanna and spent Saturday celebrating with a variety of bachelorette activities, including a pool party at the Hard Rock Hotel, taking in Cirque du Soleil’s KA, dinner at Ago and visits to both XS nightclub and Sapphire strip club.
Perry tweeted at one point in the day, "Signing up for a liver transplant now."

Actress and former talk-show host Ricki Lake, along with her two sons and their dog, safely made it out of their Malibu rental home as it went up in flames Saturday morning.
A rep for Lake tells ET the wooden house burned quickly and was destroyed by the fire. Lake lost many personal items but is grateful that everyone is okay, the rep says, adding that the star is currently with friends after the traumatic experience.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department tells us that firemen responded to a 911 call from the home, during which the caller explained that a couch was on fire.

"Celebrity Rehab" doctor at large, Drew Pinsky, says Lindsay Lohan's Friday evening tweets about substance abuse indicate to him that she's in touch with her problem. Retweeting Lohan's comment that "substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night," Dr. Drew issued his own reaction via Twitter on Saturday, writing, "She gets it now. Give her a chance & some time." Lohan admitted that she failed her most recent court-ordered drug test and said she's prepared to face the consequences.
