ET has obtained the arrest report for Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits, following the socialite's arrest in Las Vegas over the weekend for allegedly being in possession of cocaine. Waits, former nightclub mogul for Wynn and Encore in Las Vegas, was pulled over in his Escalade for a traffic violation on Friday, August 27 at 11:22 p.m. The officer wrote in his report, "I could smell marijuana coming out of the vehicle, pulled up to passenger side and driver stated he just got done smoking." The report also states that a "roach," a "white piece of rolled paper with green, leafy substance inside," was retrieved from the vehicle. The officer said Waits had a female, Hilton, in the passenger side of the SUV, and he was wearing a button-up shirt, dress pants and nice shoes.
