Former "Dancing with the Stars" contender Kelly Osbourne says she's limited by her ailing neck.
"Just left the chiropractor, my neck is so bad I am not allowed to lift anything heavy or work out for a week!!! This sucks," the daughter of rock's Prince of Darkness tweeted Friday.
Last month, reports said Kelly and her fiancé Luke Worrall had split up.

Earlier this month, Betty White beat out Tina Fey at the 2010 Creative Arts Emmy Awards for her "Saturday Night Live" hosting stint -- and now, Betty's revealing Tina's special pre-Emmy request! In an article penned by Betty for The Hollywood Reporter, the 88-year-old TV veteran says when this year's Creative Arts Emmy nominations were announced, fellow nominee Tina sent Betty a "big bouquet of roses and tulips and a card." According to Betty, Tina wrote her the following message in the card: "Congratulations on your nomination. Please try to mention my name in your acceptance speech."

All 53 contestants for the title of Miss America 2011 gathered at the Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL on Friday for a magical day of fun.
The ladies continued the Miss America tradition of walking together down Main Street USA toward Cinderella Castle, and they smiled wide for photo-ops with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Cinderella and Belle. Then, they broke up into smaller groups to see the rest of the park, which includes beloved attractions such as Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Mad Tea Party and Dumbo the Flying Elephant.
The contestants also recorded interviews that are set to appear in the 2011 Miss America Pageant broadcast, which airs live from Las Vegas on Saturday, January 15 at 8 P.M. ET. Last year the Miss America Organization made available more than $45 million in cash and scholarship assistance to young women.

Whoopi Goldberg had to leave her latest project after her mother suffered a stroke.
According to her rep, "The View" co-host has left London, where was set to star in a stage production of Sister Act.
Producers tell ET that the actress rushed back to the United States after her mother Emma had a stroke, saying, "the thoughts and sincere best wishes of the producers and the entire Sister Act company are with her at this difficult time."

Levi Johnston spoke candidly to CBS' "The Early Show" on Friday morning about his recent break-up with Bristol Palin and his mayoral race. A woman accused of slashing Leonardo DiCaprio's face with glass at a party back in 2005 has been ordered to stand trial.
During a preliminary hearing Thursday, a judge ordered Aretha Wilson, 40, to face one count of assault with a deadly weapon, says the Associated Press. DiCaprio didn't attend the hearing.
Wilson, who was returned to L.A. after waiving extradition from Canada, has pleaded not guilty and is currently behind bars. Her bail is set at $150,000, says the AP.
