Lindsay Lohan was released from her court-ordered rehab facility Tuesday afternoon, her civil attorney Ed McPherson tells ET. The 24-year-old actress was initially ordered to receive 90 days of treatment as part of a court order, following her jail sentence for violating the terms of her probation from a 2007 DUI case. UPDATE: Sofia Vergara has commented on her boyfriend's condition after he drove off a cliff. Nick Loeb, 35, had to be extracted by a rescue team after crashing off a cliff in yesterday near Beverly Glen Blvd. in Bel Air, Calif. around 4:30 p.m. He was alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident, the cause of which is currently unknown. UPDATE: Lindsay Lohan could be released from court-ordered rehab early. According to the Los Angeles Superior Court, a hearing is set for Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. regarding Lindsay's case. The judge is expected to issue an order at that time. On Monday, Allan Parachini, the Public Information Officer for Los Angeles Superior Court, told ET about the hearing, which may have originally been planned for Tuesday, "We understand an order will be issued by Judge Fox ...
