NASCAR star Jeff Gordon and Ingrid Vandebosch are parents to a new baby! Gordon and Vandebosch welcomed a new son into the world Monday at 8:53 a.m. named Leo Benjamin Gordon, according to Gordon's website. A close friend and rep of former actress Zsa Zsa Gabor tells ET that the actress is still being monitored by her doctors. According to her rep John Blanchette, Zsa Zsa has developed an infection which doctors are treating. Johns says Zsa Zsa's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt is uncertain as to when she'll be leaving the hospital. The former actress was admitted to the facility last month after suffering a broken hip from a fall in her Bel-Air, CA home. The star -- who appeared in such films as 'Moulin Rouge,' 'Lili' and 'Touch of Evil' -- has rarely been seen in public since a 2002 car accident that left her partially paralyzed. Read More »

Portia de Rossi is about to make a name change – and ET has the details. Portia, who has been married to Ellen DeGeneres since August 16, 2008, has filed to make a legal name change to take the name of her spouse. The papers, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court , state that Portia wants to change her name to Portia Lee James DeGeneres. The hearing for the name change will take place in September. ET has confirmed that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department plans to turn over Mel Gibson's domestic violence case to prosecutors within the next two weeks. The Sheriff's department has completed most interviews and is waiting to receive certain documentation. Gibson is under investigation for suspicion of domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon. Gibson's highly publicized rants to Oksana Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend and mother to his child, were obtained by police and are being reviewed by forensic detectives. Read More »
