Charlie Sheen: I Look Forward to Getting on With My Life

Charlie Sheen is speaking out to ET after his Monday afternoon sentencing related to a Christmas Day domestic violence case. Sheen tells ET: "I'm very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me." The star pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge. In exchange for his guilty plea, two other charges were dropped against Sheen -- one felony menacing charge and one criminal mischief charge. Charlie Sheen Pleads Guilty To Misdemeanor in Domestic Abuse Case

Charlie Sheen has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge related to his Christmas Day domestic abuse case. In an Aspen courtroom on Monday, the star pleaded guilty to third-degree assault, a misdemeanor that involves knowingly and recklessly causing injury to another person. ‘The Hoff’ Takes a Beating on Comedy Central

ET rides along with David Hasselhoff right before his big Comedy Central roast and we also catch up with the "Baywatch" star after the event to find out how brutal his roasters were. David appeared completely relaxed on the way to the roast and said he won't mind being verbally skewed by his friends and colleagues, explaining: "Nobody laughs more about David Hasselhoff than David Hasselhoff -- nobody." Nick Hogan: Lindsay Lohan’s Probation Officer is a ‘Sweet Lady’

Reality star Nick Hogan says he shares the same probation officer as Lindsay Lohan and tells ET he thinks the star is in good hands following her release from jail. "Our probation officer is a sweet lady and I know that Lindsay has a good probation officer who is giving her good direction," Hogan said. ET caught up with Nick at a Comedy Central roast of David Hasselhoff that was also attended by his father, Hulk Hogan. Video: L.A. County Sheriff’s Spokesman on Release of Lindsay Lohan

Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore commented on the early morning release of Lindsay Lohan from jail. "Lindsay Lohan was released from custody at 1:35 this morning," Whitmore announced. "Per a court order she has been sent directly to her next destination which is a treatment center. She will now be under the supervision of the L.A. county probation department." Earlier this month, Judge Marsha Revel ruled that Lohan had violated her probation tied to a 2007 DUI and sentenced her to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab. Lohan ended up only having to serve two weeks of her jail sentence. Read More »

Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail

Lindsay Lohan became a free woman overnight after serving two weeks of her 90-day sentence behind bars. L.A. Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson Steve Whitmore told the press that Lohan was released from jail at 1:35 a.m. on Monday, August 2. She was taken into custody on July 20. Last Thursday, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley acknowledged that she would likely be sent to rehab after jail, but said she is trying to make arrangements for Lohan to have some time with her family.
