In the footage, Grigorieva steps out of her car and into the Law Offices of James Spertus, according to HTV. ET was streaming live this morning from the Los Angeles courthouse where the face-off between lawyers for Grigorieva and Gibson took place. Following the release of several audio recordings by Radar Online of Mel Gibson lashing out at his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, the website reports that they also have a text message from the actor that could play a part in Gibson's domestic violence investigation. According to Radar, the text reads: "Oksana, I wasn't safe for you last night." The text was reportedly sent the day after Gibson allegedly got into a physical altercation with Grigorieva while she was holding their baby Lucia. Radar reports that Gibson sent more texts, asking Grigorieva to see her so that he could make amends. Grigorieva responded, in part, according to Radar, "I have two broken front teeth and a concussion.  I can not c u today, I'm hurting." Lindsay Lohan was booked and began serving her 90-day sentence Tuesday for a probation violation -- and on Wednesday, the 24-year-old star's mother and sister visited the jail where she is in custody. People.com reports that Dina and Ali Lohan went to the Lynwood, CA facility for an hour on Wednesday, although it isn't clear if they saw Lindsay.
