Allison Hope Weiner, a senior writer for The Hollywood Reporter, tells ET that her sources suspect Oksana Grigorieva's sister Natalie of having leaked the now-infamous Mel Gibson audio tapes. "My sources say that they think that it's Oksana's sister Natalie -- that they're very close, that she actually speaks very good English, and that if you took a look at her financial records that you would find out some evidence that she was the one who had sold the audio tapes to Radar," Weiner tells ET. In a new HTV video shot Friday morning, Oksana Grigorieva is denying she tried to extort Mel Gibson, as well as refuting her sister's involvement in releasing the now-infamous tapes depicting his abusive tirades. Oksana is snapped by the paps while entering an attorney's office in Century City, Calif. She comments on the controversy surrounding her, saying, "There's no extortion, no text, no emails; he's lying ... I'm fighting for my child." The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that they are investigating extortion allegations against Grigorieva.
