ET has learned the latest from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department regarding the explosive tapes, purported to be of Mel Gibson lashing out against the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva. The Sheriff's Department does not have the power to subpoena the tapes, but it will review them as part of their domestic violence investigation of the star. An explosive new audio tape of a man purported to be Mel Gibson lashing out in a verbal tirade against his ex girlfriend and mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva, has surfaced as the star is under investigation by the L.A. Sheriff's Department for domestic violence. The couple both announced on their separate Twitter accounts that they're starting the Master Cleanse. Ashton tweeted: "[Nine] hrs into the master cleanse. I want a steak, a beer, and a blow-pop. Hmmm this is gonna be rough." Demi sent an update, writing: "[Second] day of master cleanse and off to hike with hubby and the dogs. 2nd day better than the 1st!" Jolie says if the kids asked them to wed, they might go through with it. "I think it'd be hard to say no to the kids.
