Third Tirade Recording Purportedly from Mel Gibson Surfaces with Racial Slur

A third audio tape has surfaced of a man purported to be Mel Gibson going on a verbal rampage against his ex girlfriend and mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva, spouting out a racial slur and shouting obscenities. In a recorded conversation that allegedly captures the actor and Grigorieva that was obtained by RadarOnline.com, he also uses a derogatory term when referring to a Latino person that he says is working for him. The conversation gets uglier when the man accuses the woman of cheating on him and using him for his money. "You don't have your own money. HTV: Dina Lohan Hits the Drive-Thru

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina was spotted by Hollywood.tv Monday night as she visited a Los Angeles area Wendy's. "We forgot the Frosties!" Dina told HTV as she sat in the passenger side of a black SUV. Lindsay is scheduled to check into jail on July 20 to begin serving a 90 day sentence for violating the terms of her probation on a previous conviction. She will also be required to fulfill 90 days in an in-patient substance abuse program after she serves her time. Read More »

Lawrence Taylor Pleads Not Guilty to Rape

Former NFL star Lawrence Taylor has reportedly pleaded not guilty in the alleged rape of a 16-year-old girl in New York. The Associated Press reports that the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant pleaded not guilty Tuesday through his lawyer to charges of third-degree rape, patronizing a prostitute, sexual abuse and endangering a child -- stemming from a May 6 arrest. He is accused of paying the girl $300 for the alleged encounter. According to the AP, before his case was called, the 51-year-old smiled and looked around, saying, "It must be a slow news day." New York Yankees Owner George Steinbrenner Dies

Longtime New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner passed away this morning. Steinbrenner died in Tampa, Florida following a reported heart attack. The Yankees owner, who was nicknamed "The Boss," celebrated his 80th birthday on July 4. The family released the following statement to ET: “He was an incredible and charitable man. First and foremost he was devoted to his entire family -- his beloved wife, Joan; his sisters, Susan Norpell and Judy Kamm, his children, Hank, Jennifer,  Jessica and Hal; and all of his grandchildren. He was a visionary and a giant in the world of sports. Serena Williams Aces and Jousts Kevin Frazier

Tennis phenom Serena Williams hosted a grand-slam of a party on Monday night at her Los Angeles-area mansion. ET's Kevin Frazier was given an exclusive tour inside the elaborately decorated home. He later unleashed his inner child and had a ball at the carnival-themed soiree. There was food galore as Serena served the famous Pink's hotdogs, French fries, cotton candy, popcorn, and other goodies. Kevin couldn't wait to fulfill his craving for amusement park staple funnel cake. "Life without a funnel cake at a party just doesn't exist," agreed Serena. She justified indulging in all the delectable treats by dieting for two months in preparation. "I called it the July plan," she explained. The late Gary Coleman was remembered by friends Monday in Beverly Hills, Calif., including his former TV brother Todd Bridges. Hollywood.TV footage shows Coleman's friends and former associates as they gathered for a lunch to remember the actor. Coleman, who became famous after starring on the '80s sitcom "Diff'rent Strokes," passed away last May at age 42 after suffering an intracranial hemorrhage and being taken off life support. 'Harry Potter' star Daniel Radcliffe is returning to Broadway to make his musical stage debut in the 50th anniversary revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, with previews beginning in February 2011. Daniel made his Broadway debut in the controversial Equus in 2008, in which he stripped down to his birthday suit for the role, and now he will debut his vocal chops as J. Pierrepont Finch, a young man on the fast track to success after getting promoted from the mailroom to the vice president's office.
