It's more than midway through the year, but celebrities used the 2010 Do Something Awards as a time to reflect on resolutions of the present and future. The annual awards presentation helped to usher in a new year of philanthropy in Hollywood and amongst young adults making a difference on the global scale. Some stars wished Lindsay Lohan a prosperous life after her completing her jail sentence. Actress Holly Robinson Peete competed on the latest edition of "The Celebrity Apprentice," representing her HollyRod Foundation "to help families affected by autism." Quoting child advocate Marian Wright Edelman, she said, "I believe that service is a rent you pay for living." In yet another Mel Gibson audio tape to go public, his estranged girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva calls him a "monster" while he boasts that nobody will believe her claims. In the new audio -- the sixth released by RadarOnline.com (content warning: explicit, profane language) -- Mel threatens to "pull the plug" on her recording career, she says she doesn't care and just wants out. Lindsay Lohan is due to surrender herself this morning for her three-month jail term. News came on the eve of this milestone day that recently hired attorney Robert Shapiro is no longer representing the troubled star. ET confirms that the lawyer is off the case. Last Wednesday, Lohan admitted herself to a sober living facility owned by Shapiro. Sandra Bullock has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who has been accused of stalking the star since 2003. ET has learned Bullock's attorney filed court documents Monday seeking a protective order against Thomas James Weldon, and the document lists her seven-month-old son, Louis Bardo Bullock, as a family member who also needs protection.  Bullock first obtained a restraining order against Weldon back in 2003, claiming he repeatedly tried to meet and contact her, according to the AP. Zsa Zsa Gabor had blood on her face after her fall Saturday, her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells ET. In a one-on-one interview, Zsa Zsa's loving husband describes his fear at finding his wife bloody and on the floor. Update: ET has the latest on Zsa Zsa Gabor's condition in the hospital after surgery. According to her husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, everything went well and she's currently in recovery.
