In a new HTV video shot Friday morning, Oksana Grigorieva is denying she tried to extort Mel Gibson, as well as refuting her sister's involvement in releasing the now-infamous tapes depicting his abusive tirades. Oksana is snapped by the paps while entering an attorney's office in Century City, Calif. She comments on the controversy surrounding her, saying, "There's no extortion, no text, no emails; he's lying ... I'm fighting for my child." The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that they are investigating extortion allegations against Grigorieva.
