Bristol Palin discloses that her mother and former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is not too excited about her daughter's recent re-engagement to Levi Johnston. "She's apprehensive and concerned about this. She doesn't want to see me get hurt again," Bristol, 19, tells Us magazine.
