Sheriff’s Department: Lindsay Lohan Facing About Two Weeks in Jail

A spokesman for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department says Lindsay Lohan will probably spend about two weeks -- out of her 90-day jail sentence -- behind bars. Department rep Steve Whitmore tells ET that the troubled actress will most likely be released on August 1 or 2. Lohan checked in to jail today to begin serving her sentence. Read More »

NEW DOCUMENT: Sandra Bullock Restraining Order

ET looks inside the court papers Sandra Bullock turned in to renew her restraining order against a man who has been accused of stalking her for the past seven years. Bullock's attorney filed court documents Monday seeking a protective order against Thomas James Weldon, and the document lists her seven-month-old son, Louis Bardo Bullock, as a family member who also needs protection. According to the paperwork, Weldon stalked the star for over a year, "following her to California to Texas to South Carolina, and then back to California ... He sent numerous emails ...indicating, among other things, that he wants to have a relationship with her." Read More »

This Just in: Lindsay Lohan’s Booking Sheet

Lindsay Lohan has been officially booked into jail -- read on for details. According to the document obtained by ET, Lindsay was booked into the Century Regional Detention Facility at 10:11 a.m. on Tuesday. The booking sheet lists Lindsay's height at 5' 6" and her weight as 118 pounds. Lindsay reported to a Beverly Hills courthouse on Tuesday to begin serving her 90 day sentence for violating probation. Lindsay Lohan Taken Into Custody to Serve Time

Lindsay Lohan is starting her jail sentence for a probation violation. The actress showed up at a Beverly Hills courthouse Tuesday morning to surrender and begin her 90-day sentence. Judge Marsha Revel ordered cameras to be turned off as Lohan was handcuffed and escorted into custody. Lohan was sentenced on July 6 for a 90-day stint in jail followed by a 90-day stay at a rehabilitation facility. This morning, Judge Revel ordered that Lohan report to probation within 24 hours of her release from jail. Read More »

Source: Robert Shapiro Stepped Down as Lindsay Lohan’s Attorney

A source close to attorney Robert Shapiro tells ET that he left Lindsay Lohan's case on his own accord. According to the source, Lohan "did not meet the guidelines [Shapiro] set up to represent her." Last Wednesday, Lohan admitted herself to a sober living facility owned by Shapiro. During her stay, she received visits from friends and family, such as mom Dina, sister Ali, and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Read More »

ET can confirm that Lindsay Lohan has arrived at the jail to begin serving her sentence. Lohan has started serving her time at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. The all female jail is also where Paris Hilton served some time in 2007. On July 6, Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lohan to spend 90 days in jail followed by a 90-day stay at a rehabilitation facility. It's more than midway through the year, but celebrities used the 2010 Do Something Awards as a time to reflect on resolutions of the present and future. The annual awards presentation helped to usher in a new year of philanthropy in Hollywood and amongst young adults making a difference on the global scale.
