ET looks inside the court papers Sandra Bullock turned in to renew her restraining order against a man who has been accused of stalking her for the past seven years. Bullock's attorney filed court documents Monday seeking a protective order against Thomas James Weldon, and the document lists her seven-month-old son, Louis Bardo Bullock, as a family member who also needs protection. According to the paperwork, Weldon stalked the star for over a year, "following her to California to Texas to South Carolina, and then back to California ... He sent numerous emails ...indicating, among other things, that he wants to have a relationship with her." Read More »

According to the document obtained by ET, Lindsay was booked into the Century Regional Detention Facility at 10:11 a.m. on Tuesday. Lindsay Lohan is starting her jail sentence for a probation violation. The actress showed up at a Beverly Hills courthouse Tuesday morning to surrender and begin her 90-day sentence. Judge Marsha Revel ordered cameras to be turned off as Lohan was handcuffed and escorted into custody. Lohan was sentenced on July 6 for a 90-day stint in jail followed by a 90-day stay at a rehabilitation facility. A source close to attorney Robert Shapiro tells ET that he left Lindsay Lohan's case on his own accord. According to the source, Lohan "did not meet the guidelines [Shapiro] set up to represent her." Last Wednesday, Lohan admitted herself to a sober living facility owned by Shapiro.
