Sandra Bullock has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who has been accused of stalking the star since 2003. ET has learned Bullock's attorney filed court documents Monday seeking a protective order against Thomas James Weldon, and the document lists her seven-month-old son, Louis Bardo Bullock, as a family member who also needs protection.  Bullock first obtained a restraining order against Weldon back in 2003, claiming he repeatedly tried to meet and contact her, according to the AP. In a one-on-one interview, Zsa Zsa's loving husband describes his fear at finding his wife bloody and on the floor. Zsa Zsa Gabor is currently in surgery. Read on for details. The 93-year-old Hollywood icon is undergoing a hip replacement surgery, which is expected to take four hours. Her devoted husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt tells ET that doctors told him Gabor has a 50/50 chance of surviving the surgery, although her vital signs were stable going into the procedure. Gabor was watching "Jeopardy" in her Bel Air, Calif. home on Saturday when she reached to answer the phone and fell out of bed, said publicist John Blanchette.
