Lindsay Lohan's new attorney Robert Shapiro is telling ET that he is taking on her case and shares his hopes for his client. Shapiro tells ET, "I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all of the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel." Shapiro, who is known for formerly representing O.J. Simpson in the '90s, went on to say, "Ms. Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with. Hopefully, I can be of assistance to Ms. Lohan and Judge Revel in implementing a treatment approach recommended by medical professionals for Ms. Lohan’s long-term recovery and sobriety."

Actress and AIDS activist Rosie Perez claims she was injured back in Sept. 2009 on the set of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." Now, ET talks to the Emmy-nominated actress to find out why she is wearing a neck brace and why she was scared for her career.
"I have two slipped discs, one bulge, three sprained ligaments, and a pinched nerve, which resulted in minor nerve damage," Rosie tells ET.
She says the problem began during a stunt, which she says resulted in shaken baby syndrome, but she says she was initially misdiagnosed, and, as a result, she waited a long time to get a correct diagnosis.

ET is first to obtain the court papers in the lawsuit filed by former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Erin Andrews against seven hotels and Michael David Barrett, the man who pleaded guilty to a felony stalking charge last year and was sentenced to a two-and-a-half year prison term. He also pleaded guilty to interstate stalking back in December.
After Barrett was found guilty of secretly videotaping Andrews in the nude at various hotels and then posting the video on the Internet, Andrews is seeking to hold the hotels responsible as they allegedly revealed her room number and allowed Barrett to check in to adjoining rooms without her knowledge.
According to the court papers, the ESPN reporter "suffered and continues to suffer from, including but limited to, severe and permanent emotional distress, embarrassment, past and future medical expenses, and a loss of earning capacity."

Erin Andrews and Evan Lysacek got together Thursday night for a "Dancing with the Stars" reunion and suggested who Lindsay Lohan should partner with on the show!
Hollywood.tv captured the two out in Hollywood, and jokingly asked Evan if he's seen the movie 'Blades of Glory.' "Yes of course," he replied with a smile. "It was amazing."
Although the next round of contestants on "DWTS" hasn't been announced, when asked about Lindsay, Erin naturally replied, "I want her to dance with Max."

On Thursday, the same day that her attorneys went to court for an emergency hearing regarding custody of their child, Mel Gibson's ex Oksana Grigorieva was spotted in the L.A. area.

Gibson is being investigated by the L.A. Sheriff's Department on suspicion of domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon amid a hubbub over tapes released by RadarOnline.com that feature Gibson ranting and cursing at Grigorieva.

ET was there as "The Big Bang Theory"'s Kaley Cuoco, "Glee"'s Jenna Ushkowitz, "NCIS"'s Pauley Perrette and more stars gathered for a charitable evening of high canine fashion in L.A. on Thursday.
The Patterns for Paws event -- which benefited the Amanda Foundation, a Beverly Hills based animal rescue -- featured a number of celebs strutting down the runway alongside their canines, who were dressed in the latest in "hound couture" outfits created by top designers with fabrics from the Pacific Design Center.
"I didn't dress them up this year," Kaley said of her four pooches. "I just thought I'd let the professionals walk, so I told the dogs to stay home. But we did walk it last year."
