An eyewitness on the ground in the vicinity of the Ritz Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Georgia – the site of the wedding – tells us that fireworks were being set up on Friday evening. Daniel Bark has been indicted in the death of Alexis Cohen, who competed on the seventh season of "American Idol." The indictment charges Bark with aggravated manslaughter, and he remains in jail on $150,000 bail, says the Associated Press. Prosecutors claim Bark was driving the car that struck and killed 25-year-old Cohen in New Jersey on July 25, 2009, says the AP. The news comes in the wake of a RadarOnline.com report containing an audio recording allegedly of Gibson spouting racist and misogynistic obscenities at a woman, purportedly his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva. ET has confirmed that Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley decided to stop representing Lohan. A rep for Chapman Holley confirms that she resigned from Lohan's case. Chapman Holley represented Lohan at her hearing Tuesday in Beverly Hills, where Judge Marsha Revel sentenced the 24-year-old star to 90 days behind bars and 90 days of rehab.
