Gary Coleman’s Parents No Longer Taking Action Over His Estate

Sue and Willie Coleman have reportedly dropped their bid over their late son Gary Coleman's estate and custody of his remains. The Colemans tell ET that they do not see a need to proceed with a formal probate of Gary's estate. Chace Crawford Arrested

ET has learned that actor Chace Crawford was arrested early Friday morning for possession of marijuana. The 24-year-old "Gossip Girl" star was arrested in Plano, TX , and an incident report states he was in possession of under two ounces of marijuana. Crawford posted bail Friday and was released. Video: Mark Wahlberg Tackles U.S. Teen Graduation Stats

Oscar nominated star Mark Wahlberg is taking a stand against America's high-school dropout rate! The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation has partnered up with the Taco Bell Foundation for Teens for the next two years to address America's teen graduation crisis, where one in three students drop out of high school without earning a diploma. Wahlberg appears in a new PSA for the cause, urging viewers to give $1 at participating Taco Bell restaurants nationwide between June 3 and June 15 in support of the "Graduate to Go" initiative. Gary Coleman Funeral Plans on Hold

ET has learned the very latest on the funeral arrangements for the late Gary Coleman. A representative at Memorial Estates in Utah tells ET that Gary's funeral plans are on hold pending either a court order, or an agreement from Gary's parents and his ex-wife Shannon Price on who has the rights of disposition. Gary's parents Sue and Willie Coleman announced Friday that they will file for formal probate in their son's death, and told the Associated Press on Thursday that they wanted custody of his remains and called for his body to be returned back to his hometown in Illinois. Sue and Willie Coleman, the parents of late child star Gary Coleman announced Friday that they will file for formal probate in their son's death. "The Colemans don't want to fight with anyone. They just want to bring their son home. Mr. and Mrs. Coleman are Gary Coleman's surviving family. They’re hoping that by applying for Formal Probate, they can get through this process the right way. Of course they've heard the rumors, and quite frankly, I don't understand why so many people who knew Gary are being so secretive. The status of the divorce, whether or not anyone has a will, these are all issues that should be brought to the family's attention immediately. David Carradine’s Widow Files Wrongful Death Suit Against Production Company

David Carradine's widow filed a lawsuit Thursday in Los Angeles against the production company that was handling the late actor's final film 'Stretch.' ET has the details. Anne Carradine is suing production company MK2 S.A., alleging breach of contract and wrongful death. In the papers, Carradine's widow claims that Carradine was contractually promised "all the best available amenities" and assistance while filming overseas, but that he was left behind for dinner on his third day in Bangkok, the night before he was found dead in his hotel room. The papers allege that the amenities included a personal assistant and transportation to and from meetings and evening events. Read More »

Todd Bridges on Gary Coleman: ‘He Wasn’t Prepared’

Todd Bridges and the late Gary Coleman were inseparable during their "Diff'rent Strokes" heyday in the late '70s and early '80s, and now "Willis" gets serious with ET's Kevin Frazier as he recalls Gary's good times, struggles and secrets. "We had an exceptional time as kids," says Todd, who played Gary's big brother on the show. "We always had fun in our dressing rooms, we'd always roller skate together around [the studio lot], we always hung out … we went to school together. Gary Coleman’s Lawyer: They Were ‘Tempestuous and Durable’

Gary Coleman's death raises a lot of questions about the "Diff'rent Strokes" star's life and personal affairs, but where his relationship with Shannon Price was concerned, his lawyer sums it up in two words: "Tempestuous and durable." "They would have these disagreements and separations that most relationships probably wouldn't have survived," explains Coleman's lawyer, Randy Kester, "but for some reason they kept coming back to one another. I think there was some mutual need or some mutual attraction." Kester confirms that Gary was indeed no longer married to Shannon at the time of his death, and says he drafted the divorce documents of the "unpredictable" couple.
