A hearing about a possible plea deal for Charlie Sheen related to his domestic violence case in Aspen, CO has been delayed until July 12. ET confirms that lawyers met Monday regarding the matter, and the prosecution and defense did not reach an agreement regarding disposition or agreement. It was requested to "vacate" the current hearing and reschedule a hearing for a later date. The judge granted a 30-day continuance and a hearing is scheduled for that July 12 date. Earlier Monday, Yale Galanter, the attorney representing Brooke Mueller Sheen, confirmed a report to ET that Sheen made a plea deal that would include a 30-day jail sentence. Galanter tells the Associated Press that attorneys plan to meet Tuesday in Aspen to further discuss the case.

His heart was giving out it was going to stop regardless. It was the most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make in my entire life. Dr. McSteamy Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart chat with ET about their new baby at home and what they have planned for Dane's first Father's Day.
ET caught up with the couple at the event Gayheart founded called the 9th Annual Butterfly Ball put on by the Chrysalis organization. "We are just loving every second of parenthood," the actress says of her daughter.
"Father's Day, we're going away somewhere for a couple of days. ... It'll be my first Father's Day," Dane tells ET. Gayheart adds, "We're taking the baby on a little weekend trip with mom and dad."

Philanthropic runners laced up and rocked out in San Diego on Sunday. ET's Samantha Harris boosted their energy as host of the 13th annual Rock 'n' Roll Marathon & Half Marathon to Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She took the cause close to heart, revealing, "My grandfather has been suffering from lymphoma for a long time…I am honored to be a part of it." Amongst the field of a whopping 30,000 entrants were some visitors from Sin City. "The Elvis impersonators are quite hilarious," Samantha laughed. "I love that they are running in this marathon. It's fantastic."

Rush Limbaugh, 59, wed Kathryn Rogers, 33, on Saturday at the elite South Florida resort The Breakers, The Palm Beach Post reports. The matrimony attracted a long list of high profile guests, causing the need for a large security presence. "Law & Order" star and former presidential candidate Fred Thompson, former White House advisors Karl Rove and James Carville, political analyst Mary Matalin, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, and fellow radio show host Sean Hannity smiled and shed tears as the couple exchanged vows. A total of 400 guests were also treated to a performance by Elton John. To protect the safety of Rush's prestigious guest list, an entourage of 50 private security guards and three uniformed Palm Beach Police officers were stationed in and around the event, sources at The Breakers told the newspaper.

Sarah Palin had some fun in the sun at the Belmont Stakes in New York on Saturday. The former vice-Presidential nominee was rooting for a horse named First Dude, which is what she referred to husband Todd as during her tenure as governor of Alaska. After her horse crossed the finish line in third place, she Tweeted, "Sweet run by Drosselmeyer today at Belmont. The colt is a gorgeous, steady athlete. But doggone, First Dude didn't win. Bush's fault." A steed by the name of Drosselmeyer took the crown.

More than two years after the suspicious disappearance of Stacy Peterson, the Illinois State Police are continuing their investigation this weekend. The Chicago Sun-Times said authorities are digging in an area east of Peoria. Her husband Drew Peterson is a prime suspect in the case. Peoria County Coroner Johanna Ingersoll told the newspaper on Saturday morning, "There is a search underway for human remains, however no human remains have been located at this point." She did not confirm the specific locale of the search or if the happenings are related to the Peterson case. Stacy Peterson's family is also reportedly at the scene of the ongoing investigation. This newly sparked interest in the Peoria area took flight after a canine unit was used Friday in the region.

A Utah attorney says that he has an unnamed client with a will that Gary Coleman made in 1999, and that the "Diff'rent Strokes" star will not be buried this weekend, a new report reveals. According to the Associated Press, the Salt Lake City attorney says he will take Coleman's reported 1999 will to a court sometime next week. The unidentified client of his has been named the executor of the estate with the power to make funeral arrangements for the late actor. Although the attorney would not reveal details of the will, including the name of the executor, a lawyer for Coleman's parents says the person named in the will is a friend and former manager of the star named Dion Mial.
