Nearly two months after his famous ex Sandra Bullock filed for divorce in the wake of his marital infidelity, Jesse James is reportedly packing up and moving to Texas. A lawyer for James tells People.com that he is moving to Austin, Texas by the month's end. "He intends to move at the end of the month, he's got a need to be there," attorney John Schilling tells People.

Michael Jackson's estate and concert promoter AEG have agreed to donate $1.3 million to the city of L.A. for the King of Pop's 2009 public memorial.
The July 7, 2009 memorial at the STAPLES Center incurred $1.3 million in police services, permits, and Sanitation Department and Transportation Department expenses, the City's Chief Administrative Officer determined.
Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and AEG President & CEO Timothy J. Leiweke announced that the Jackson estate and AEG will donate $1 million to the city of Los Angeles' general fund and an additional $300,000 in cash and needed crime-fighting equipment through financial contributions to the L.A. Police Foundation.

Accused killer Joran van der Sloot is innocent, his mother says, while his ex-girlfriend calls him "romantic."
In an email obtained by ABC news, Anita van der Sloot claims her son is innocent, saying, "he is not a murderer." His mother goes on to cite distrust for news agencies and suggests he is being set up.
"I am not giving interviews to any American media station because I don't trust them," the email sent to her son's ex-girlfriend Melody Granadillo and published by ABC states. "Stay safe and pray for Joran. He is not the monster they like the world to see. He is traumatized, depressed an has an addiction. He is not a murderer. It stinks and feels like a big trap set up for him."

The basketball season came to a roaring close with an epic showdown between the LA Lakers and the Boston Celtics in game seven of the NBA Championships. With the home court advantage and an arena full of spirited celebs, the purple and gold proved to be golden. ET's Kevin Frazier snagged MVP Kobe Bryant for a few words after his heroic win.
