Gary Coleman Estate Hearing Update

ET has the latest developments as they unfold in a Provo, Utah courtroom regarding the battle over Gary Coleman's estate and remains. Anna Gray, who is named executor in a 2005 will signed by Coleman, has requested to see the late star's body before he is cremated. The request was opposed by Coleman's ex-wife Shannon Price, who alleges that a handwritten 2007 note makes her the executor of the late star's estate. Health Care Directive Reveals Gary Coleman Wanted to Prolong His Life

In the latest developments on the death of Gary Coleman, a health care directive has been obtained by ET that reveals what Coleman wanted when it came to end-of-life decisions. According to the papers just filed by Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price, the “Diff’rent Strokes” star signed a health care directive dated October 12, 2006 and checked the box that he wanted his life prolonged. The document reads: "I want my life to be prolonged as long as possible within the limits of generally accepted health care standards." The document also states that Coleman designated Price to oversee his medical treatment if he was unable to do so himself. The papers read: "If my agent (Price) cannot determine the treatment choice I would make under the particular circumstances, then my agent should make the choice based on what my agent believes to be in my best interest." Gary Coleman’s Former Manager Gives Up Fight Over Late Star’s Estate

Dion Mial has given up his fight to be named administrator of Gary Coleman's estate. The Associated Press reports that Mial's attorney told the news agency, "We don't have any reason to dispute it, so we would leave it to the court to appoint someone else to undertake that responsibility. Our goal has always been to try to fulfill Gary's wishes as we knew them." Mial, Coleman's former manager, was named as executor of a 1999 Coleman will, but a 2005 will obtained by ET named a woman named Anna Gray executor. Exclusive: ET can report the official cause of death for Gary Coleman. According to the death certificate obtained by ET, Coleman's cause of death is listed simply as a "Fall." Other significant conditions are listed as "Chronic renal failure and complications." The manner of death is recorded as an "Accident." Police Transcripts: Joran van der Sloot Gives Shocking Details into Peruvian Murder

In newly released police transcripts from Peru, officials say Joran van der Sloot describes how he allegedly murdered Stephany Flores Ramirez and the moments leading up to her death. "There was blood everywhere," van der Sloot said, according to transcripts obtained by CNN. "What am I going to do now. I had blood on my shirt. There was also blood on the bed, so, I took my shirt and put it on her face, pressing hard, until I killed Stephany." Peruvian authorities claim van der Sloot told them that Flores punched him in the face after reading an email connected to Natalee Holloway's case. The neon lights were bright as Catherine was left "speechless" after winning the Lead Actress in a Musical award for her role in A Little Night Music. She humbly told ET, "Just to be on Broadway in this particular piece by [Stephen] Sondheim was an award in itself for me. It was a big night for some big names, with Denzel Washington, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Scarlett Johansson taking home their first Tony awards.
