A rep for Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, the hospital where former child star Gary Coleman died last week, tells ET that his ex-wife Shannon Price had been granted authority to make medical decisions for Coleman.
The hospital tells ET: "Mr. Coleman had completed an Advanced Health Care Directive that granted Shannon Price permission to make medical decisions on his behalf if he was unable to do so. ET obtained exclusive documents earlier Wednesday that revealed that he and Price divorced in 2008.
