Todd Bridges and the late Gary Coleman were inseparable during their "Diff'rent Strokes" heyday in the late '70s and early '80s, and now "Willis" gets serious with ET's Kevin Frazier as he recalls Gary's good times, struggles and secrets. "We had an exceptional time as kids," says Todd, who played Gary's big brother on the show. "We always had fun in our dressing rooms, we'd always roller skate together around [the studio lot], we always hung out … we went to school together. He was a precocious, fun little kid that was very bright for his age." Todd explains the foundation behind Gary's sometimes cantankerous behavior, saying, "Imagine having major health problems. Gary Coleman's death raises a lot of questions about the "Diff'rent Strokes" star's life and personal affairs, but where his relationship with Shannon Price was concerned, his lawyer sums it up in two words: "Tempestuous and durable." "They would have these disagreements and separations that most relationships probably wouldn't have survived," explains Coleman's lawyer, Randy Kester, "but for some reason they kept coming back to one another. I think there was some mutual need or some mutual attraction." Kester confirms that Gary was indeed no longer married to Shannon at the time of his death, and says he drafted the divorce documents of the "unpredictable" couple. As for Gary's will and estate, Kester reveals, "Right before he passed away, within about the past six or eight weeks, he and I had discussions expressing his intent to come over and redo some estate planning and redo some old things and get ...
