Jesse James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder has filed court papers asking for child support if and when she regains joint custody of their six-year-old daughter Sunny.
James got full custody of little Sunny when Lindemulder was unable to care for Sunny because she went to jail. In the court papers, Lindemulder says "I anticipate regaining legal and physical custody [of Sunny]" at a June 14 review hearing. Since she says she only brings in about $3,000 monthly gross income, she's asking the court for child support and attorney fees to be paid by Jesse when she moves back to California from Oregon.
She writes in court papers, "I am completely broke, unable to obtain credit from any third party other than family, and I will incur substantial costs as a result of relocating to California." She also notes, "Simply stated, the disparity between [Jesse's] and my income is enormous."

John Forsythe was remembered at the Hollywood Park racetrack on Sunday, with such entertainment industry contemporaries as Mel Brooks, Dick Van Patten and Tippi Hedren, Cheryl Ladd and a many members of the "Dynasty" cast paying their respects in grand style to the late "Dynasty" star, who passed away on April 1 at the age of 92.
Forsythe was passionate about thoroughbred racing, and a well-respected and popular member -- and one-time vice president -- of Hollywood Park's board of directors. In fact, the voice of Charlie in "Charlie's Angels" once said he would rather win the Kentucky Derby than an Academy Award, and was involved in the sport for decades in numerous capacities.
A day that went exactly the way Forsythe would have wanted it, according to his rep, there were no speeches, per the star's request, and the second race was dedicated to his memory. The guest list ...

"The SCRAM device has to be on you within 24 hours," Judge Marsha Revel told Lindsay Lohan at today's court hearing, solidifying one of the conditions of her bail set by the judge last week. In addition to the alcohol-monitoring device, Lindsay must also start random drug testing at a minimum of once a week.
"Without fail, she must attend once a week," Judge Revel -- who suspended her vacation to handle the case -- declared in court Monday morning. "Failure to show is the same as a dirty test."
A bench warrant was issued for the starlet when she failed to appear at her mandatory court appearance last week. It was later revoked when she posted bail. At today's hearing, documents were presented to show that Lindsay had a plane ticket to travel back to Los Angeles, but was unable to fly because she was missing her passport.

The late Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, was found dead late Sunday night in the same Los Angeles home where the actress passed away back in December, and now Hollywood.tv had the all-new footage of the scene outside the house just moments after he was pronounced dead.

Hollywood.tv sat down with Lindsay Lohan on Sunday shortly after her arrival back in Los Angeles from Cannes. The troubled actress has a court hearing set for this morning in Beverly Hills to get an update on her probation status.
Lindsay said she is confident she won't be sent to prison or rehab. "I don't see what reason I would go to prison for. I’ve been more than in compliance with everything having to do with the court system," she asserted.
Calling her estranged father Michael Lohan "erratic" and "a convicted felon," Lindsay maintained that "I don't have any connection with my father" and he's "the only person who ever suggested" that she serve time in prison.
