The judge who issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan on Thursday is reportedly taking time out of her vacation to preside over the actress' next scheduled hearing on Monday. Judge Marsha N. Revel was supposed to start her vacation on Monday -- with another judge overseeing Lohan's court date -- but Revel has decided to use her first vacation day to handle Lohan's hearing, a court spokesman tells the Los Angeles Times. Revel issued the warrant for Lohan's arrest -- which was later recalled when Lohan paid a $10,000 bail bond -- after the actress failed to appear at her mandatory court hearing. "Private Practice" star Taye Diggs helped celebrate the release of a new book about dogs by reading aloud to a crowd of pooches while hosting an event in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. Real dogs from all walks of life (and their human owners) listened to Taye read excerpts from the ALPO Real Dogs Eat Meat Handbook, featuring humorous stories written in the voice of real dogs (or "paw-thors").
