Bret Michaels: I Knew Something was ‘Severely Wrong’

Rocker Bret Michaels tells Oprah that he knew something "was severely wrong" when he suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage last month, landing him in intensive care just days after having his appendix removed. But not one to go down easily, the former Poison frontman says he wore his signature bandana in bed, telling Oprah, "I said, 'If I'm going out, I want to go out rockin'.'" On Wednesday's "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Michaels recalls the pain from the injury, saying, "It just exploded instantly -- ran from my temple down to the back of my skull." Read More »

John Travolta’s Dogs Killed in Airport Accident

John Travolta has sadly lost two family pets after an unfortunate airport accident in Maine. A rep for Travolta tells ET that the family dogs were both being walked on leashes on the way to the grass when a service vehicle struck and killed them. Actor Bruce Greenwood ('Star Trek') will be honored for lending a hand at a high school theater program for at-risk youth. In our video, Greenwood participates in a staged reading of a play written by student members of The Unusual Suspects theater group at San Fernando High School in Los Angeles. Ashley Olsen Safe Following Emergency Plane Landing

Ashley Olsen, accompanied by her boyfriend, and other celebs were aboard a Los Angeles bound flight from New York on Sunday that was forced to make an emergency landing in Virginia. An electrical fire sparked in the cockpit, causing the windshield to crack. Calling it a "harrowing experience," passenger and publicist Phil Lobel told ET that this "obscured the pilot's ability to conduct a visual landing." Emergency vehicles greeted the plane on the runway to stabilize the situation before successfully unloading all passengers and crewmembers. "Californication"'s Pamela Adlon and "Jersey Boys"' Jarrod Spector also survived this incident on the United flight.
