ET caught up with celebrity hosts Elisabeth and Tim Hasselbeck at Scholastic Parent & Child's 'Family of the Year' event in New York City, where we got the 4-1-1 on the couple's upcoming "Got Milk?" ad campaign! The Hasselbecks, who have written the forward in the storybook The Giverbacker Parade, also debuted the reading of the storybook. Peter Fonda, who co-starred with Dennis Hopper in the counterculture road film, 'Easy Rider," opened up today about the death of his friend. Hopper died today of complications from prostate cancer in Venice, Calif. He was 74.
Peter tells ET, "Dennis introduced me to the world of Pop Art and 'lost' films. We rode the highways of America and changed the way movies were made in Hollywood. I was blessed by his passion and friendship."

Sue and Willie Coleman are searching for answers in the death of their son Gary Coleman, from whom they have been estranged for more than 10 years.
The heartbroken parents today spoke to People magazine and revealed that they only way they knew what was going on in Gary's life was from reports in the media.
"We would've loved to have been there by his side at the hospital, to let him know we love him before he passed away," Sue told People. "This is a shock to us. We loved Gary very much. We're going to miss him."

Dennis Hopper, who lit up the silver screen in films such as 'Easy Rider,' 'Blue Velvet' and 'Speed,' has passed away. He was 74.
Sam Maydew, a rep for Hopper, tells ET the star died of complications from prostate cancer in Venice, Calif. on Saturday morning, at home and surrounded by family and friends.
The actor's prostate cancer diagnosis was announced in October 2009, and his condition had been on the decline in recent months. Unable to be treated with chemotherapy, he allowed the disease to run its course.

Limping only slightly, the rocker and "Celebrity Apprentice" winner cranked out some of his biggest Poison hits, says People.com.

A rep for Heidi Montag says the reality star has separated from her husband Spencer Pratt.
"Yes the split is real," Montag's spokeswoman tells CNN. "As you can imagine it is crazy right now. She's trying to lay low the next couple days. What I can say is that it's a separation for now, not divorce."
Montag and Pratt tied the knot in California a little over a year ago.

Gary Coleman's widow, Shannon Price, relayed a statement through her brother at a press conference on Friday.
Reading his sister's statement, Shawn Price said: "We are very grateful for all the wonderful support everyone has been extending to Gary's family. Thousands of emails have poured in to the hospital. This has been so comforting to the family to know how beloved he still is. … Thank you so much for all that you guys have done and for the support and prayers that you guys have given us."
Shawn said information surrounding his brother-in-law's death and funeral arrangements will be released soon.
