ET has obtained the Los Angeles Coroner's case report on the suicide death of Marie Osmond's son Michael Bryan, and in it Bryan's close friend says he'd attempted suicide before.
According to the report, Bryan's friend Ruthann Clawson said in her witness statement that Osmond's son had confided in her that he'd made three previous suicide attempts by hanging.
Clawson said Bryan smoked cigarettes daily and was apparently a social drinker, but "was not known to have recently used drugs." (Results of the coroner's toxicology tests indicate there were no drugs present in Bryan's system at the time of his death.)

In an Entertainment Tonight/In Touch exclusive, Hector Penate, the man who claims he had an affair with Larry King's wife Shawn, reveals shocking details of their alleged liaisons, from having sex in Larry's bed to talk of marriage! "We were together pretty much when Larry was filming his show; that's when we spent most of our time together," the 31-year-old Penate tells our own Samantha Harris. "It was tough because she wouldn't want to meet outside the house." Penate says he first met Shawn, 50, and her family when he worked at a baseball birthday party for Larry and Shawn's son Cannon at Dodger Stadium. The CNN talk-show host hired Penate to train both of his young sons and coach their baseball team. Penate claims that Shawn began a flirtation less than two weeks after he was hired.

Toxicology results have been released and there were no drugs present in Marie Osmond's son Michael Bryan's system at the time of his death.
The coroner found that Bryan died of multiple blunt trauma after the young man jumped from a high rise building in Los Angeles. The coroner ruled the manner of death to be suicide.
Bryan was laid to rest in Utah on March 8 after passing away at age 18 on February 26.

The Ventura County Sheriff tells ET that actress Heather Locklear was arrested after she allegedly knocked over a "no parking" sign and fled the scene.
According to police, the accident took place on Saturday in Westlake Village, Calif. near Locklear's home. A resident of Locklear's community heard a commotion around 4 a.m. Saturday morning but did not report the incident until the next day after finding debris and the sign that had been knocked down.
Police traced the debris back to Locklear's 2005 black BMW. The sheriff tells ET that the actress was not taken into custody but given a citation. She has a court date set to take place in May.

The estranged wife of Larry King is all smiles for the paparazzi.
HTV snaps Shawn King leaving her Beverly Hills home as she runs an errand to the bank with her father.
Earlier this week, a lawyer for her hubby Larry revealed that the two may not go through with their divorce after all. "There's a 50-50 chance this divorce is not happening," attorney Dennis Wasser told People magazine. "His focus is on the best interest of his children. It's not clear to me which way he's going to turn on this issue."

Brad Pitt's equally handsome brother Doug earned headlines of his own this week. He was named a Goodwill Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania. Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete traveled stateside to bestow the honor upon Doug at Essex House on April 19 in New York. Doug's wife Lisa and singer Lauryn Hill were there by his side to show support. Doug is far from the only one in the family to represent global philanthropic efforts. Angelina Jolie does a multitude of charitable work as an ambassador for The UN Refugee Agency. Brad focuses much attention on recovery efforts in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina with his Make It Right project.

Actress Tara Reid has called off her wedding, according to a report.
The celeb said in a statement to People.com, "Tara Reid has confirmed that she will not be moving forward with her May 22 nuptials."
Tara and Internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann got engaged in January in Los Angeles. In March, ET went wedding dress shopping with Tara, and she said at the time of her planned nuptials, "[The guest list] won't be small, but it won't be big. ... It'll be nice. It'll be just the right amount of people. … I want to keep it [to] close special friends and family."

ET was there as Michael Douglas and his ex-wife Diandra exited the New York City courthouse where their son Cameron was sentenced to prison on Tuesday.
A judge sentenced the star's son to five years in prison following Cameron's guilty plea to drug charges in January.

The woman who accused illusionist David Copperfield of raping her on his private island in the Bahamas in 2007 is dropping her lawsuit against him.
The Washington woman's attorneys made the announcement on Tuesday, says the Associated Press.
Throughout the scandal, Copperfield denied his accuser's allegations and claimed she was trying to extort him. Last year, the woman was charged with making bogus sexual assault claims against another man.
