A source close to the family of the 47-year-old Poison frontman and "Celebrity Apprentice" contestant tells ET that Michaels will soon be undergoing surgery to relieve swelling around his brain. His condition is said to be deteriorating following a massive hemorrhage he suffered last Thursday. ET has obtained the booking photos of actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi, who were sent to jail earlier Monday. The Quaids appeared in court earlier today and were taken into custody after the judge told them they had been disrespectful for missing previous court dates related to three felony charges. Bail was set at $100,000. ET has learned the Quaids left the jail complex at 4:30 p.m. Monday. The couple was first arrested last September for allegedly not paying a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, CA. The gymnast famous for getting injured during her vault at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta exchanged vows with Robert Fischer, according to People. In a sunset ceremony in her hometown of Tuscon, AZ, she wed her attorney husband on Sunday. Kerri shimmered down the aisle in a custom Pronovias gown, decorated with 5,000 Swarovski crystals.
