Jake Gyllenhaal opens up about being a newly single man.
The 'Prince of Persia' actor tells GQ magazine of his single life, "It’s…it’s okay.… It goes in either direction. I think it’s important for every man to find the right woman and every woman to find the right man."
Gyllenhaal called it quits with longtime girlfriend Reese Witherspoon this past December. "Who am I to say what the most important thing in life is? The best answer I could give to any of those things is that I really don’t know. Particularly right now in my life.”

As the temperature rises, these celebrities are showing that skin is in for an Allure photo shoot. The magazine calls the vivacious ladies "Venuses for a modern age.” Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kara DioGuardi, and Colbie Caillat are just some of the stars who go au natural for the spread.
Colbie and Kara called the experience "liberating." In addition, Colbie admitted, "I was afraid to do it, but I saw what this shoot meant: We all have our insecurities; we just can't let them stop us from doing what we want in life."
Regina Hall, Jessica Capshaw, and Emmanuelle Chriqui also stripped down to their birthday suits for the issue, on newsstands April 20.

It was a big night for women as everyone from Jessica Simpson to Brooke Shields gathered to celebrate Good Housekeeping magazine's 125th anniversary and to salute influential American women of the past 125 years. ET was there as these powerful women revealed who influences them.
Held at the New York City Center, Shields hosted the Broadway show Shine On that featured performances by Aretha Franklin and Meryl Streep. "I hear Meryl Streep is here so I might have a panic attack," an enthusiastic Simpson tells ET.
Streep excited many celebrities at the event and was cited several times as a woman of influence. "Mercy" actress Michelle Trachtenberg says of Streep, "Without gushing, she's an extraordinary actress and it's always an honor to be considered amongst her in women in film."

Russell Crowe was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday.
Joined by his wife Danielle and their two young sons and introduced by Jay Leno, and Oscar-winners Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, the actor said of the occasion, "There's no place I would rather be, apart from with my family, than on a movie set."
He told ET, "I suppose in a way it means I've been around awhile, and been making movies for awhile," going on to joke, "It basically just signifies that I'm getting really old."

Pamela Anderson reportedly owes $493,000 in personal income taxes. The Associated Press reports that the former "Baywatch" star appeared on a California Franchise Tax Board delinquent taxpayer list on Monday. A tax lien was filed against the 42-year-old actress last April for the amount of $493,144, according to the AP.

Actress Jean Smart and her actor husband Richard Gilliland are reacting to the death of their "Designing Women" co-star Dixie Carter over the weekend, telling ET, "Dixie was such an amazing person." "She was gorgeous, hilarious, incredibly talented and so devoted to her family," continues Jean. "There was no one else like her and I was completely crazy about her. She exuded joy. Richard and I will really miss her and our hearts go out to her beautiful family." Dixie died on Saturday of complications arising from endometrial cancer. She was 70 years old.

Hollywood.tv was with former "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson as she created her very own vegan milkshake at L.A.'s Millions of Milkshakes and opened up about her fellow "Dancing with the Stars" hopeful Kate Gosselin.
"She's nice to me, she gets her hair done right next to me," she says of the reality star. "She's always really pleasant. We talk a lot about kids."
Anderson says she was relieved to make it through another DWTS elimination round.

Michael J. Fox talks to ET at the 2010 NAB Show in Las Vegas, as the star receives an award -- and a standing ovation!
The event is a conference and expo for entertainment professionals. Fox was awarded for his contributions to Parkinson's disease research and his long-running career.
"It's been a good ride," he says of his endeavors.
His book, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Future, is out tomorrow, while "Family Ties" is currently available on DVD. While the series is marked as an '80s sitcom classic, there are those few Fox doesn't count as fans -- his own children!

Being on one of TV's hottest shows clearly hasn't gotten to the football star's head -- considering he was snapped by Hollywood.tv over the weekend doing his own laundry at a Los Angeles laundry mat.
