Mark Kerrigan, the brother of Nancy Kerrigan, has entered a plea of not guilty to charges of manslaughter and assault. Initially charged with assault, Mark now faces upgraded charges of manslaughter and assault and battery charges after his and Nancy's father Daniel died following an alleged altercation last January.
