Carol Burnett's highly anticipated memoir This Time Together: Laughter and Reflections is out today, and our own Mary Hart goes one-on-one with the comedy legend about her hit TV career, the day she fired Harvey Korman, and her heartbreak over the death of her daughter. "Even though Carrie is not with us anymore, I am grateful that she was a light in my life," says Carol of her daughter Carrie Hamilton, who died in 2002 of lung and brain cancer at the age of 38. "I would rather have had her with me than never have known her." Asked if one can ever get over the death of a child, Carol responds, "No. You learn to cope. … I am able to cope now and her memory is very strong."

ET has learned that Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have broken up. "Jim and Jenny have recently decided to end their five year relationship. They are grateful for the many blessings they have shared and wish each other the very best," Carrey's rep Marleah Leslie confirms to ET. A rep for McCarthy told us: "Yes, we can confirm that Jenny and Jim have mutually and amicably ended their five-year relationship. Jenny says, 'I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together. I will continue to be in his daughter's life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.'"

After five years of romance, Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey have taken to their Twitter accounts to reveal the sad news about their breakup. Jenny tweeted the following message Tuesday afternoon: "I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane [Carrey] and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart." Jim wrote on twitter, "Jenny and I have just ended our [five year] relationship. I'm grateful [for] the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best! S'okay!"

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's 19th child, daughter Josie, is finally on her way home after spending almost four months in a neonatal intensive care unit.
Josie, who was born last December approximately three months premature, left Arkansas Children's Hospital with her parents on Tuesday, says People.com.
"We're grateful for the prayers of thousands," Jim Bob told the site.

One day after news broke that actress Nicollette Sheridan filed a $20 million lawsuit against "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry and ABC following an alleged violent incident -- a lawyer for the star speaks out to ET. Sheridan filed a lawsuit claiming Cherry struck her across the head and face in 2008 and then ultimately fired her from the hit ABC show after she reported the incident. Actor George Clooney is speaking out against reports that he has broken up with Italian actress and TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis.
Clooney reacted to the tabloid reports, saying, "Once again the story is made up, spread to other outlets and now denied. But don't let facts get in the way of a good story."
Clooney and Canalis were the couple to watch on the red carpet this awards season. It was announced in March that Canalis, 31, will be appearing on five episodes of the TNT drama "Leverage." Meanwhile, Clooney's new film, 'The American,' is set to hit theaters September 1.

According to the California attorney general, the late Corey Haim had acquired over 550 prescription pills illegally within the three months preceding his death. Attorney Jerry Brown says the former child star obtained the pills through seven different doctors, the Associated Press reports. Brown told the AP that the doctors who prescribed the medication, which included Valium and Soma, were questioned by investigators and appeared to have been tricked into writing the prescriptions. Haim, known for his roles in 'Lost Boys' and 'License to Drive,' passed away in his mother's California apartment early last month. He was 38.

More than 50 pooches gathered at an L.A. hotel last Wednesday for a dinner commemorating the Jewish holiday of Passover, and there was plenty of kosher dog food to go around.
The canines scarfed down delicacies such as Evanger's dog food and Wagatha's Dog Biscuits at the 1st Annual Passover Seder for Dogs, a non-denominational affair hosted by the online mag Dog News Daily at the Hotel Palomar.
The festive evening included an adoption drive for dogs from the Best Friends Animal Society and Los Angeles Animal Services, as well as a silent auction.
