Nicollette Sheridan Sues ‘Desperate Housewives’ Creator for Alleged Violence Against Her

Nicollette Sheridan has filed a lawsuit against "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry, claiming he struck her across the head and face while on the set of the hit ABC show. ET has obtained court documents in which Sheridan claims that once she reported the alleged incident to ABC, Cherry arranged for her to be terminated from the show. Sheridan is suing for wrongful termination, and assault and battery, among other claims. In the papers, Sheridan claims, "From the inception of the show, Cherry created a hostile work environment for the cast, crew and writers who work on the show, and Sheridan in particular." Oprah Nabs Rielle Hunter Exclusive

Oprah Winfrey has landed John Edwards' former mistress Rielle Hunter's first TV interview. There is no word on when the sitdown might take place, or when it will air. Hunter has been in the news ever since Edwards confessed in 2008 that he had carried on an affair with the woman, and denied and then later confirmed that he had fathered her young daughter, Frances Quinn. Bestselling author Frank Luntz reveals the subtext of what Tiger Woods said during his Monday morning press conference -- and what the beleaguered golf great said with body language. "When he says that he spoke to his lawyer, you instantly think that he did something, wrong, or else he would not be communicating to his lawyer," Luntz says. Jackson Family Attends Dr. Conrad Murray Court Hearing; New Judge Named in Case

Amid a flurry of devoted Michael Jackson fans chanting and carrying signs, members of the Jackson family made their way into a Los Angeles courthouse Monday to attend a court hearing for Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter related to the death of the King of Pop. The late pop icon's family members -- Janet Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, Katherine Jackson, among others -- attended Monday's hearing, where Jackson's former physician appeared. A somber Murray appeared before judge Peter Espinoza wearing a black suit and yellow tie. The embattled doctor has denied any wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the June 25, 2009 death of Jackson. Read More »

Tiger Woods Says Wife Elin Will Not be at the Masters

Tiger Woods is back on the green and talking to the press at the Masters Tournament about his return to golf, the hurt he caused his family with his sex scandal and the injuries he suffered after his peculiar car accident over Thanksgiving weekend. When asked how his wife Elin Nordegren felt about him returning to the game, Woods simply replied that she would not be at the tournament and that he was excited to play. Filling in the timeline from over the past few months, Woods said he spent Christmas Day with his family and went into rehab shortly after. Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Visit Refugees in Bosnia

Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly arrived in Bosnia Sunday night to meet with those displaced by the Bosnian war that ended over a decade ago. Jolie, a United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) ambassador, and Pitt visited those who have never returned to their homes because their villages and/or houses have not been repaired, the Associated Press reports. An estimated 117,000 people are displaced, 7,000 of those people live in refugee centers. Prior to this trip, the Jolie-Pitt family was in Italy while Jolie was been filming 'The Tourist' alongside actor Johnny Depp. Read More »
