Best Friend to Marie Osmond’s Son Recalls the Night of His Death

Ruthann Clawson discovered the suicide note of Marie Osmond's son Michael Bryan and in a heart wrenching interview with ET opens up about the tragic evening of his death and the contents of her best friend's suicide note. Ruthann says she was texting back and forth with Michael on the day of his death, making plans for the evening. She says at 9:23 p.m. she received a text from Michael reading, "There is a letter for you on my bed." Not knowing what was going on, Ruthann texted back, "From who?" She then called him twice and he didn't answer so she went to his apartment and his roommate let her inside. Jessica Simpson reveals the "Price of Beauty" on today's "Oprah Winfrey Show," saying she's tried every diet imaginable. The blonde bombshell says she was a size 4 when she created a stir of stinging headlines for wearing so-called mom jeans on stage with a black tank top and leopard belt that showed her voluptuous figure. Even President Barack Obama commented on her weight during an interview after he was shown a tabloid magazine cover! Rep: ‘Brady Bunch’ Star Did Not Nix TV Reunion Over Rumored Feud

A rep for Eve Plumb is denying a report that a rumored rift between Plumb and her former "Brady Bunch" castmate Maureen McCormick caused the cancellation of a "Brady" reunion planned for NBC's "Today" show this week. Plumb’s rep tells ET that the actress considered the offer to appear with her former castmates, but decided to decline. The rep explains that Plumb had spent close to two weeks in New York just last month (for a gallery opening of her artwork and a charity appearance), and she didn’t wish to return so soon for what would have been a brief TV appearance. Driver Accuses Naomi Campbell of Slapping, Punching Him

Naomi Campbell's spokesman says the supermodel will cooperate with police following an accusation of assault from a man who was reportedly hired to drive her. The driver accused Campbell of punching and slapping him while he was driving her around New York on Tuesday, says the Associated Press. He claimed Campbell flew into a rage and began hitting him from the back seat. He said his head collided with the steering wheel, resulting in bruising beneath his right eye. The AP says the driver told police that he brought the car to a stop in midtown Manhattan and talked with a traffic agent, who contacted the authorities. Witness Reports Detail Deadly SeaWorld Whale Attack

ET has obtained witness statement that detail last week's killer whale attack that left a SeaWorld trainer dead. Trainer Dawn Brancheau, 40, passed away after being attacked by the orca named Tilikum or "Tilly" last Wednesday at SeaWorld in Florida. One witness reports, "I saw the trainer was in the water and the whale had a hold of her. The trainers and other employees were trying to get him to let her go." Read More »

Marie Osmond Suspends Las Vegas Show

After her son Michael Bryan's suicide, Marie Osmond has decided to put a halt to her Las Vegas show with brother Donny Osmond. The Donny & Marie show at Flamingo Las Vegas is canceled for the remainder of the week with shows currently scheduled to resume on March 9, according to Flamingo reps. Latest: Autopsy Completed on Marie Osmond’s Son

ET has learned the very latest about the autopsy performed on Michael Bryan. The coroner tells ET that the autopsy was completed Sunday, but the cause of death has not been determined as toxicology results are pending. Bryan's body was released Sunday afternoon. Bryan, one of Marie Osmond's eight children, jumped to his death from his Los Angeles apartment on Friday night, leaving behind a suicide note. Read More »
