ET has learned that the fourth woman alleging to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock's husband has decided to not go public with her story. The woman's attorney, Gloria Allred, confirms her decision. According to Us Magazine, Allred said the unnamed woman is a "beautiful model and businesswoman" and had a three-year-long affair with James that included "hundreds of texts, emails and photos." A rep for Chaz tells ET, "Chaz Bono has filed a formal petition in California Superior Court to legally change his name and gender. He is legally changing his name from Chastity to Chaz as part of his gender transition." In legal filings obtained by ET, Chaz's doctor Dr. Michael L.
