ET has obtained court papers detailing a sexual harassment case brought against Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James by a former female employee in 2000.
In the papers, Deann McClung accused James of sexually harassing her while she worked at his motorcycle company, West Coast Choppers. She claimed he exposed his genitalia to her, "touched and/or attempted to touch" her without her consent, posted pornography in the workplace, and made sexual and degrading comments toward her and other women.
McClung claimed that James fired her in January of 2000. Court records state that the case was dismissed in May of 2001. James and Bullock wed in 2005.

Robert De Niro's rep Stan Rosenfield is responding to a report claiming that the Oscar winner's driver sprayed a videographer with pepper spray at New York's LaGuardia Airport on Thursday morning.
De Niro and his driver were being filmed by the videographer while they were walking around a terminal at the airport, says the New York Post. The driver and paparazzo allegedly proceeded to get into a verbal spat that culminated with the driver spraying the videographer in the face with pepper spray.
The Post says De Niro had already gone through airport security and wasn't present for the alleged incident. The videographer claims the purported act against him was unprovoked. Authorities reportedly plan on reaching out to both camps.

Bill Cosby is commenting on the death of his former co-star Robert Culp.
Culp passed away at age 79 on Tuesday after collapsing in Los Angeles. Cosby and Culp starred in the '60s series "I Spy."
"The first born in every family is always dreaming of the older brother or sister he or she doesn't have to protect, to be the buffer, provide the wisdom, shoulder the blows and make things right. Bob was the answer to my dreams," Cosby tells ET of Culp.

Following reports of an alleged affair between Jesse James and tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, attorney Gloria Allred tells ET she's representing another woman who claims she's had an "intimate" three year relationship with Sandra Bullock's husband.
"I represent a beautiful model and business woman," Allred tells ET. "[James] pursued her and he had strong feelings for her. She is in the process of trying to decide if she will come forward. She has proof of their relationship including hundreds of texts, emails and photos. The relationship just ended recently after the scandal broke."

As the Jesse James sex scandal unravels, neighbors continue to call the cops about the media frenzy outside James and wife Sandra Bullock's Sunset Beach, Calif. home.
PIO Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff's Department told ET that they have received 10 phone calls from James and Bullock's neighbors complaining about the reporters and photographers in their community.
Amormino says that there have been up to 30 media people in front of the home at one time but when approached by law enforcement, they have all been cooperative.

"I just wanted to get to the heart of the problem…," Jamie says of his visit to Huntington, West Virginia. "[I wanted to] work with the community, work in homes, work in schools and really sort of tell the story, you know, instead of reading about the bad health in America and the statistics, see it…be touched by it." Jamie says he hopes the series will touch parents and personalize grim health statistics in a way that will motivate them to make better decisions regarding their children's food.
