Driver Accuses Naomi Campbell of Slapping, Punching Him

Naomi Campbell's spokesman says the supermodel will cooperate with police following an accusation of assault from a man who was reportedly hired to drive her. The driver accused Campbell of punching and slapping him while he was driving her around New York on Tuesday, says the Associated Press. He claimed Campbell flew into a rage and began hitting him from the back seat. He said his head collided with the steering wheel, resulting in bruising beneath his right eye. The AP says the driver told police that he brought the car to a stop in midtown Manhattan and talked with a traffic agent, who contacted the authorities.
