Before taping a segment for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Tuesday, HLN host Joy Behar conducted a candid, impromptu video interview with Leno about how former "Tonight Show" host Conan O'Brien was treated prior to his departure from the network last February. "Conan got screwed -- I got screwed," Leno told Behar. "I mean, this is TV. The reason show business pays a lot of money is so when you get screwed you have something left over." ET has learned that the fourth woman alleging to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock's husband has decided to not go public with her story. The woman's attorney, Gloria Allred, confirms her decision. According to Us Magazine, Allred said the unnamed woman is a "beautiful model and businesswoman" and had a three-year-long affair with James that included "hundreds of texts, emails and photos." A rep for Chaz tells ET, "Chaz Bono has filed a formal petition in California Superior Court to legally change his name and gender. He is legally changing his name from Chastity to Chaz as part of his gender transition." In legal filings obtained by ET, Chaz's doctor Dr. Michael L.
