Jay Leno: ‘Conan Was Treated Terribly’

Before taping a segment for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Tuesday, HLN host Joy Behar conducted a candid, impromptu video interview with Leno about how former "Tonight Show" host Conan O'Brien was treated prior to his departure from the network last February. "Conan got screwed -- I got screwed," Leno told Behar. "I mean, this is TV. The reason show business pays a lot of money is so when you get screwed you have something left over." The funnyman turned serious, adding, "Conan was treated terribly, and I was treated terribly … and I think Conan will come back and he'll be strong, and we'll all compete against one another. Mindy Lawton, a waitress at one of the Florida restaurants Woods and his wife frequented, says she and Tiger had a 14-month relationship and claims that their affair was discovered by the National Enquirer. "Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues," one of James' reps tells ET. One day after he grabbed headlines for revealing that he is gay, Latin sensation Ricky Martin is tweeting about the reaction he's received from fans. The singer tweeted the following message on Tuesday: "What's going on gang? I'm doing great! Stronger than ever! I'm here relaxing [at] home enjoying [your] messages! I feel the love! [Thanks] for all! Peace." In a candid blog posted Monday, the father of two explained why he waited until now to publicly reveal his sexuality, adding, "I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. ‘Twilight’ Author To Release New Book

ET has the latest...Twilight fans rejoice! A new novella is set to be released based on a character from one of the popular franchise's books! According to the Associated Press, author Stephenie Meyer will be releasing The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner on June 5, which tells the story of a newborn vampire featured in Eclipse, the third installment of the best selling series. GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) president Jarrett Barrios is reacting to Monday's news that singer and Latin sensation Ricky Martin has revealed that he is gay. "When someone like Ricky Martin comes out, hundreds of millions of people now have a cultural connection with an artist, a celebrity and, perhaps most importantly, a father who happens to be gay," Barrios said. "His decision to model this kind of openness and honesty can lead to greater acceptance for countless gay people in U.S., in Latin America and worldwide." Jesse James’ Fourth Alleged Mistress Chooses to Keep Her Story Private

ET has learned that the fourth woman alleging to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock's husband has decided to not go public with her story. The woman's attorney, Gloria Allred, confirms her decision. According to Us Magazine, Allred said the unnamed woman is a "beautiful model and businesswoman" and had a three-year-long affair with James that included "hundreds of texts, emails and photos." Chaz Bono Takes Steps to Legally Change His Name & Gender

ET has learned that Chaz Bono has taken steps to change his legal name and gender. A rep for Chaz tells ET, "Chaz Bono has filed a formal petition in California Superior Court to legally change his name and gender. He is legally changing his name from Chastity to Chaz as part of his gender transition." In legal filings obtained by ET, Chaz's doctor Dr. Michael L. Brownstein states that on September 23, 2009, Chaz underwent an "irreversible surgical procedure for the purpose of altering Chaz Bono's sex characteristics from female to male." Read More »
