A rep for Dr. Conrad Murray tells ET how soon the doctor plans on getting back to work following his plea of not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges related to the death of Michael Jackson. The doctor's spokesperson tells ET that although Murray is still in L.A., he intends to go back to work in Las Vegas in a few days. Jamie Foxx and "Lost" star Dominic Monaghan had a special surprise for hundreds of Los Angeles area high-school students on Tuesday. Foxx and Monaghan were on hand at Walt Disney Concert Hall to participate in a special unveiling of more than $100,000 worth of new instruments for the students’ school music programs from Fidelity FutureStage. At the special event, Fidelity Investments and the Los Angeles Philharmonic launched the 2010 Fidelity FutreStage Music Program, part of a national initiative to support and strengthen public school arts programs and to provide student musicians chances to develop their talents.

Former John Edwards aide Andrew Young and his wife Cheri have turned over an alleged sex tape that Edwards' former mistress Rielle Hunter says belongs to her.
A court had ordered that the Youngs turn over the tape by 2 p.m. on Wednesday. A court date in the case is scheduled for tomorrow.
The tape allegedly shows Edwards engaged in sexual activities with a pregnant woman.

'An Officer and a Gentleman' actor Louis Gossett Jr. has announced that he's battling the early stages of prostate cancer and is undergoing intensive treatments.
The Oscar Award winner spoke of his condition, “I count this diagnosis among the many challenges I have faced in my life and overcome. I expect this to be no different.”
The actor won an Academy Award in 1983 for his role in 'An Officer and a Gentleman' and has titled his personal memoir An Actor and a Gentleman, set for release on May 17.

The death of pro-skater Nancy Kerrigan's father has been ruled a homicide.
Authorities tell ET: "The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has released his findings on the cause and manner of death of Daniel Kerrigan. The Medical Examiner determined that the cause of death was cardiac dysrhytmia following a physical altercation with neck compression causing injury to the neck in the form of a cartilage fracture to the larynx area, in a person with hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular heart disease. The corresponding manner of death has been ruled a homicide. As a result of these conclusions of the Medical Examiner, the investigation into Daniel Kerrigan’s death, and whether any charges in connection with his death are appropriate, remains ongoing."
Nancy's father died following an alleged altercation with her brother Mark.

The pastor who married Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren has a few words for the couple, whose marriage woes have been splashed all over the tabloids following the pro golfer's infamous November car accident.
Rev. Ricky Kirton tells People.com that his message to the pro golfer and his wife is: "Forgive each other. Be there for each other, and it will work out."
The pastor reflects on meeting the couple and performing their 2004 wedding ceremony, calling the two "charismatic" and "attractive." He says he's "started to pray for them" ever since he heard reports that their marriage may be headed to divorce.

As she's leaving the valet at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, she rolls down her window and says, "You haven't heard the end."
Just yesterday, she told ET: "Michael was murdered and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan. There are other individuals involved and I will not rest, and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."
