Foul Play Not Suspected in Andrew Koenig’s Death

The Vancouver Police Department is offering new details about the investigation into former "Growing Pains" actor Andrew Koenig's death. The department tells ET that foul play is not suspected, and the investigation has been turned over to the British Columbia Coroner's Service. Howard Stern stepped out in New York on Thursday night for the premiere of Matt Damon's new film 'Green Zone,' and the radio icon offered ET his uncensored thoughts about new "Idol" judge Ellen DeGeneres and the changes he says he'd make to the show if he ended up joining it next season. Tippi Hedren Speaks Out in Wake of Sea World Killer Whale Attack

Actress Tippi Hedren, who founded a wildlife rescue organization in Southern California, is speaking out following yesterday's death of a trainer who was attacked by a killer whale at Sea World. Dawn Brancheau, 40, was killed at Sea World in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday when a captive killer whale attacked the veteran trainer. Tippi's statement, titled "Tilikum," the name of the whale involved in the attack, reads, "Animal abuse is rampant in the U.S., right under everyone’s eyes, for the entertainment of the public. The brutal confinement and pain of training methods of wild animals in the circus, the aquatic and theatrical shows, leads to retaliation by the animals. Walter Koenig: ‘My Son Took His Own Life’

Walter Koenig and his wife Judy said at a press conference on Thursday evening that their son Andrew Koenig, the previously missing "Growing Pains" actor, had committed suicide. The "Star Trek" star's voice trembled with emotion as he shared the sad news about the loss of his 41-year-old son, whose body was discovered in Vancouver's Stanley Park on Thursday. Walter said that Andrew had close friends in the city who encouraged him to join them on another sweep of the park today. He said one of his son's friends found Andrew's body during their search. Andrew Koenig’s Body Possibly Discovered

A body believed by police to be that of Andrew Koenig, the missing "Growing Pains" actor last seen in Vancouver on Feb. 14, has been discovered. The Vancouver Police Department tells ET that they are investigating the discovery of the body, found today in Stanley Park around noon. A news conference is scheduled for tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern, and Koenig's parents -- "Star Trek" star Walter Koenig and his wife Judy -- will be present. Coroner Reveals No Illegal Drugs Found in Brittany Murphy’s Body

The Los Angeles County coroner has revealed more details about the drugs found in Brittany Murphy's body at the time of her death, including that there were no illegal drugs present. Murphy's cause of death was found to be pneumonia, with other conditions contributing but not directly related to the immediate cause of death being iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication. Regarding the drugs found in the actress' system, the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner report stated: "Multiple medications were present in the blood, with elevated levels of hydrocodone, acetaminophen and chlorpheniramine. Casey Johnson Autopsy Report Revealed

ET has obtained the autopsy report of the late Casey Johnson. Read on for details. In the report, Johnson's death is attributed to Diabetic Ketoacidosis. The report indicates that the Johnson & Johnson heiress, referred to as Sale Johnson in the report, died of natural causes and that there was no evidence of a traumatic injury or infectious disease. Diabetic ketoacidosis is a complication of diabetes that occurs when the body does not have insulin or enough insulin. When this happens, fat is used instead, thus causing byproducts of fat breakdown, called ketones, to build up in the body. The report said that Johnson, who was found dead on January 4 at the age of 30, was found in her bed with the following medications present: over-the-counter Motrin, insulin, and clonazepam. Love is in the air for Nicole Richie and her baby son Sparrow. The new mom posted on her blog an adorable pic of her and the baby boy in front of the breathtaking Eiffel Tower. She captioned the adorable photo, writing: "A Romantic Day in Paris." Richie announced her engagement last week to longtime boyfriend and father of her children Joel Madden while on the "Late Show with David Letterman."
