Angelina Jolie Visits Haiti Earthquake Survivors

Angelina Jolie has reportedly gone to the Dominican Republic to visit with hospitalized victims of the January 12 earthquake in neighboring Haiti. The Associated Press reports that the star toured Dario Contreras Hospital in Santo Domingo. A rep for the hospital told the AP that Jolie "spoke with several children and a Haitian woman who recognized her and requested help." Just yesterday, Jolie was spotted in Miami with partner Brad Pitt at the Super Bowl game. Read More »

Levi Johnston Celebrates Baby Tripp’s First Birthday!

Levi Johnston is a first-time dad experiencing the joys of fatherhood, and he's invited ET along to Alaska to help celebrate his baby Tripp's first birthday! The father of Sarah Palin's grandson was surrounded by his side of the family, including aunt Mercede and grandma Sherry, who loved every minute of her time with her grandson. Sherry must spend almost all her hours confined to her own home -- the result of her guilty plea on a drug possession charge. She is allowed just four hours a week outside her house. Jermaine Jackson was in court today to watch Dr. Conrad Murray face involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of his brother, Michael Jackson, and earlier Jermaine told ET's Mary Hart, "It hurts everyday." Asked if the conversation with his family often comes back to Michael's death and how wrong it was, Jermaine replies, "There's not a day that Jackie, Rebbie, Tito -- all of us -- Marlon, Janet, all of us, don't talk about Michael. Jermaine Jackson: ‘We’re Not Happy’; Murray Attorney on Client’s ‘Nightmare’

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff spoke out Monday afternoon, a short time after his client was booked on involuntary manslaughter charges related to Michael Jackson's death, while Jermaine Jackson told ET that his family is "not happy" about the proceedings. During a press conference, Chernoff told the assembled press, "This has been a nightmare for him for many different reasons, and one of the reasons is that he lost a friend, and I'm sure he’ll speak to that when the time comes." He also cautioned the crowd to not jump to any conclusions until all the facts were presented. He said that his client planned to go home and resume practicing medicine after posting bail. Just In: Dr. Conrad Murray Pleads ‘Not Guilty’

ET has learned that Dr. Conrad Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Michael Jackson. Bail has been set at $75,000. The prosecution reportedly wanted Dr. Murray's bail to be set from $25,000 to $300,000 out of concern that he may be a possible flight risk, although his attorney, Edward Chernoff, argued on the contrary, and said that Dr. Murray is broke because of this case. Murray surrendered his passport and was remanded to custody. He is reportedly planning on posting bond and can travel within the United States. Read More »

Three Counts Filed Against Charlie Sheen

ET has learned what happened inside the Aspen, CO courtroom today, where Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller appeared related to an alleged domestic violence dispute last Christmas. Three counts were filed against Sheen -- a felony menacing count and two misdemeanors (3rd degree assault and criminal mischief). A restraining order barring Sheen and Mueller from being in contact was also lifted Monday. The next court date on the matter is set for March 15. Read More »

Super Bowl Shatters ‘M*A*S*H’ Record for Most-Watched Program

Football fans trumped the finale of "M*A*S*H," making Super Bowl XLIV the most-watched program in television history. More than 106 million people are estimated to have tuned in to watch the New Orleans Saints beat the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Up until now, the 1983 "M*A*S*H" finale held the record with 105.97 viewers, the Nielson Company reported to the Associated Press. Super Bowl viewership took a big jump from last year's game that had an estimated audience of 98.7 million. Leading up to the Super Bowl, feature stories about the Saints' city of New Orleans recovering from Hurricane Katrina and Colts quarterback Peyton Manning returning for a second Super Bowl ring were highly publicized. The New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts played for an A-list audience on Super Bowl Sunday! Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt joined the likes of Adam Sandler and his 'Grown Ups' costars as well as Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore in participating in the big game festivities. ET's Kevin Frazier caught up with Sandler, Rob Schneider, Kevin James, Chris Rock and David Spade on the beaches of Miami, Florida as they talked about their guys' weekend.
