Retired NFL great and season seven "DWTS" runner-up Warren Sapp was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in Miami Beach on Saturday. The Miami Beach Police tell ET an alleged incident involving Sapp and his girlfriend occurred at the Shore Club Hotel at 5 a.m. on Saturday morning. Jennifer Aniston reportedly flew several famous friends, including Gerard Butler, her hunky co-star in 'The Bounty Hunter,' to Los Cabos, Mexico to celebrate her upcoming birthday. Aniston, who turns 41 on Feb. 11, retreated to the One&Only Palmilla in Mexico on Thursday night with pals including Butler, Courteney Cox, her husband David Arquette, and Sheryl Crow (who also celebrates a Feb. 11 b-day), says People.com.
