In the wake of news that Dr. Conrad Murray is expected to be charged with involuntary manslaughter charges on Monday, ET's Mary Hart is exclusively with Michael Jackson's brother, Jermaine Jackson, who gets emotional when talking about the impending case. Andrew Young, a former aide to John Edwards, and his wife Cheri have been ordered by a judge to turn over materials that Edwards' ex-mistress Rielle Hunter says belong to her.
The Youngs filed court papers arguing they had the right to keep the items, which allegedly include a sex tape starring John Edwards and a pregnant woman whose face isn't shown.
