Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller's court hearing scheduled for Wednesday has been delayed.
Mueller asked to participate in the hearing via telephone due to a medical emergency situation, but the judge denied her request. Mueller had to have oral surgery.
Mueller's attorney tells us she is going to be okay and will appear in court on the rescheduled hearing date of Friday at 10 a.m.

Former "Celebrity Rehab" patient Jeff Conaway is having surgery to repair his hip. The actor is undergoing the procedure tonight after slipping on some water on his kitchen floor yesterday, Conaway’s reps tell us. They add that he is in good spirits, if a bit frustrated by the injury. Conaway was on the first season of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" as well as a season of "Celebrity Fit Club."

In the interview, King asked Monjack, "It has been a month since you lost her. How are you doing son? How are you holding up?"
Monjack replied, "I don't think I am. I don’t think either of us are…." Sharon added, "No."

Joe Halderman, the man accused of trying to extort millions from David Letterman, was in a New York court today requesting that the criminal case be dismissed.
The judge ruled against the motion and the next court date is set for March 9.
Halderman is being accused of threatening to expose Letterman's affairs unless the "Late Show" host paid him $2 million.

Haitian-American musician Wyclef Jean got emotional about traveling to Haiti with his family after last week's devastating earthquake, calling the experience like going "inside of the belly of the beast." "I'm the one that was carrying the dead bodies on the street," he said during a New York press conference Monday, referring to looting and security problems, "There's a problem that's going on, and we have to solve it in a few days." Wyclef also denied accusations that he personally profited from his Yéle Haiti foundation, created to help the impoverished country.
