Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller's court hearing scheduled for Wednesday has been delayed. Mueller asked to participate in the hearing via telephone due to a medical emergency situation, but the judge denied her request.  Mueller had to have oral surgery. Former "Celebrity Rehab" patient Jeff Conaway is having surgery to repair his hip. The actor is undergoing the procedure tonight after slipping on some water on his kitchen floor yesterday, Conaway’s reps tell us.
