Major stars from the entertainment world and political realm united Friday night on George Clooney's "Hope for Haiti Now" telethon, raising funds toward the Haiti relief effort through emotionally charged songs, spoken-word testimonials and answering phones.
The multi-network, international broadcast featured numerous A-list appeals for charity toward the earthquake-ravaged nation, from stars such as Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Robert Pattinson, Denzel Washington, Matt Damon, Clint Eastwood, Halle Berry, Ben Stiller, former President Bill Clinton, and Chris Rock, who was joined by Muhammad Ali and read words written by the iconic boxing champion.
“By any name charity can bring the people of our planet together … charity changes lives and saves lives … we call upon all the good people in every corner of the world to help … please give now,” Rock read.

In our brand-new interview, Levi Johnston weighs in on Bristol Palin and what she had to say on Friday's "Oprah Winfrey Show" about her teenage pregnancy with their baby son Tripp.
ET was with Levi today as he watched Bristol, accompanied by mom Sarah Palin, say on Oprah’s show that she would not have sex again until she is married.
"I think it's a goal to have and other girls should have,” Levi commented.

A Los Angeles judge has reportedly ordered Roman Polanski to return to the United States for sentencing related to a 32-year-old sex case. The Associated Press reports that the director has been ordered to return to the U.S. from Switzerland, and is not permitted to be sentenced in absentia (while not present). According to the AP, Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza said his ruling was "in defense of the integrity of the justice system, he needs to surrender."

Two ambulances arrived with lights and sirens engaged at the television studio facility where George Clooney's star-studded telethon, "Hope for Haiti Now," is being broadcast live in a few short hours.
Sources tell ET that a stretcher was brought into a building in the complex. The Los Angeles Fire Department confirms that at 1:50 p.m. they received a 911 call and dispatched rescue personnel. One person was transported to a local hospital.
Shows including "The Price is Right," "Dancing with the Stars," and "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" are filmed on the same lot.

ET has the latest...
John Fiore, the father of Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller, tells ET how his daughter is doing now after going through a "life threatening period of time."
Despite the fact that her organs were starting to shut down, Fiore tells ET, "she is now doing much better. The family is very thankful."
Mueller is still in the hospital but is responding well to antibiotics.

Bristol Palin -- the daughter of former V.P. candidate Sarah Palin -- has filed court papers asking the father of her child, Levi Johnston, to pay child support after making media rounds and posing nude for Playgirl. Bristol claims she has received "limited and sporadic financial assistance" in the 13 months since their son was born. While some tabloid headlines are proclaiming Levi is a "deadbeat dad," Bristol states that he has given over $4,000 to her so far. She's now asking for $1,750 a month in child support that is retroactive, seeking an additional $18,350 in back support.

Oprah Winfrey is the subject of a new, unauthorized biography by famed writer Kitty Kelley.
Kitty, well known for her portrayals of famous figures in her many books, from the Bush family and Nancy Reagan to Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor, spent three years researching her material.
The book promises to pull back the curtain on one of the most powerful figures on TV. The author conducted 850 interviews with numerous Oprah sources, many of whom have never before spoken to the press.
