Josh Duhamel and Fergie are celebrating their one year anniversary this week and the 'When in Rome' actor opened up to ET's Mark Steines about his lovely wife and their decision to renew their marriage vows. "She's the best thing that's ever happened to me," Josh said of Fergie, adding that they want to renew their vows every year. A vehicle transporting Lindsay Lohan early Sunday morning was involved in a collision with a paparazzo. The Los Angeles Police Department tells ET that an ambulance was called out to the scene of the accident and treated the man but did not transport him anywhere. Legendary entertainer Liza Minnelli is reportedly scheduled to have knee-replacement surgery some time this week. Minnelli will undergo the procedure at a New York hospital and will be unable to attend the Grammy Awards on Jan. 31, according to People.com. Her album Liza's at the Palace, recorded with the original cast from her Broadway event, is nominated for best traditional pop vocal album.
