Tila Tequila is sounding off in a new blog entry titled “Why I Had to Call the Police Today," after a Web site posted a video earlier Wednesday showing Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips removing dogs and clothing from Tila's home as she looked on. “My Fiance and I had been living together at my house for about a month now, with all of our dogs! 3 Total, and today these 'mean Girls' bombarded MY HOME, to try to take the pups away so they can put them to sleep so they can bury the dogs with Casey,” Tila blogs. “So sad! Roman Polanski's lawyer asked a Los Angeles judge on Wednesday to sentence the director regarding his decades old sex case while he is in Switzerland, rather than requiring him to return to the U.S. to be sentenced.
According to the Associated Press, the judge said during a status hearing that he will consider the request only if lawyers file documents explaining why the sentencing from afar would be appropriate. He scheduled a hearing based on that request for January 22, the AP reports.
Polanski is currently being held under house arrest in Switzerland pending extradition to the United States regarding a 1970s sex case.

A Los Angeles man who says he’s a tax-paying citizen has filed a multi-million dollar creditor’s claim against the Jackson estate, arguing that the estate -- and not the city of Los Angeles -- should foot the bill for the King of Pop’s extravagant public memorial last year. Self-described tax-paying citizen Jose Freddie Vallejos says he believes the city shelled out about $3.3 million in police expenses and other resources for Jackson’s July 2009 public funeral at the Staples Center. Vallejos says these expenses are chargeable to the estate because, he contends, they were a reasonable funeral cost, and the estate “directly benefited from the expenditure.” He also asserts that the expenses were “an illegal gift of public funds in violation of the Constitution of the State of California.”
