Following Internet rumors of a possible break up, A-listers Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepped out in support of director Quentin Tarantino at the 62nd Annual Directors Guild Of America Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
Pitt, dressed in a black suit with a noticeably trimmed beard, introduced his 'Inglourious Basterds' director, even offering up an impression of Tarantino from the podium, People.com reports.
Jolie looked on from the crowd, wearing hoop earrings and a single-shoulder gown. Jolie's rep told ET last week that there was no truth to the Internet rumors of a pending break up between the actors.

"The Larry Sanders Show" star and Academy Award nominated actor Rip Torn was taken into custody on Friday in Connecticut under bizarre circumstances.
A representative for the Connecticut State Police Troop B tells ET Torn was taken into custody at the Litchfield Bancorp in Salisbury, CT, following notification that the burglar alarm had gone off. Officers on the scene found a broken window at the rear of the building and a lone white male in the premises.
Police go on to say, at the time of his arrest, Torn, 78, was also in possession of a loaded revolver.

Michael Jackson's two older children -- Prince, 12, and Paris, 11 – are reportedly scheduled accept a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award on their late father's behalf. Jackson family sources tell CNN that although Prince and Paris are slated to take the stage -- making their first public appearance since attending their father’s emotional memorial service in Los Angeles -- 7-year-old Blanket is not expected to appear. There are no plans for Paris or Prince to sing or dance, the sources say. The Recording Academy will honor the late King of Pop with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Special Merit Awards ceremony tonight in Los Angeles.

Carmen Electra was the host with the most on Friday night as she presided over a packed crowd at Eva Longoria Parker's new Las Vegas nightclub, Eve.
Electra's fiancé Rob Patterson, formerly of the rock band KORN, hit the DJ booth and mixed a set while Electra danced and mingled with other celebs including boxing great Floyd Mayweather. Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart was also in the house.
Before heading to Eve, Electra and Patterson dined at Longoria Parker's steakhouse Beso, beneath Eve in Crystals at CityCenter.

John Edwards goes on the record about allegations made in a new book by a former aide and related to his sex scandal with his ex-mistress Rielle Hunter. Edwards is speaking out after his former aide Andrew Young made allegations about the former presidential candidate in a new book and in an interview with ABC’s "20/20," airing Friday night. Edwards tells ABC: "While we have not had an opportunity to view the interview or read the book, we urge extreme caution by everyone involved. From media reports, it is obvious that there are many allegations which are simply false. It appears that Andrew Young is primarily motivated by financial gain and media attention."

Rielle Hunter, the former mistress of John Edwards, has filed court documents and has been granted a temporary restraining order related to a "private and personal" video. In the court papers, obtained by ET, Hunter asks that Andrew Young and Cheri Young be blocked from distributing the personal videos and photos. Young told ABC's Bob Woodruff about an alleged sex tape of Edwards and Hunter, saying, "There was one tape that was marked 'special,'" explaining, "It's a sex tape of Rielle and John Edwards made just a couple of months before the Iowa caucuses."

Ricki Lake, Rachel Hunter, "Real Housewife of NYC" Jill Zarin and more celebs took part in a panel discussion about obesity in America at the Sundance Film Festival.
Ricki, who moderated the event, titled Obsession: A Luncheon of Conspicuous Consumption, said on the red carpet, "I've done every diet imaginable over the years. I mean, I've been, you know, 260 pounds, I’ve been 120 pounds, ... but, you know, I watch what I eat. I mean, I'm 41. I really monitor it and I work out ... and it's not even a matter of being a certain size, it's about how I feel."
Jill chimed in, "The reality of life is that people judge you by your appearance. I mean, looks count. People don't want to admit it but [they do], and that's the first thing [people] see is your physical being."

A spokesperson for Elizabeth Edwards is going on the record regarding explosive new allegations about Elizabeth's estranged husband, former senator John Edwards.
Elizabeth, who announced earlier this week that she is separated from John, responded through her rep to allegations she says were made in a book, The Politician: An Insider's Account of John Edwards's Pursuit of the Presidency and the Scandal That Brought Him Down, written by John's former aide Andrew Young.
"Elizabeth is moving on with her life and wants to put this difficult chapter behind her. It was an excruciatingly painful period for her and she [has] no interest in rehashing the past. Based on the limited portions of the book that have been made available, it is clear it contains many falsehoods and exaggerations," the rep told ET.
