ET has the latest... Actress Brittany Murphy, 32, has died. A Cedars-Sinai Hospital spokesperson tells ET that the actress passed away at 10:04 on Sunday morning. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 911 call from the home of Murphy's husband, the Associated Press reports. ET has exclusively obtained LeAnn Rimes and Dean Sheremet's divorce papers. The papers, filed yesterday by Dean, cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Dean is asking for spousal support from LeAnn and asks that LeAnn pay for attorney fees. ET has obtained court papers stating that Melvin Shane Sparks, who's been a choreographer on the reality series "So You Think You Can Dance" and a judge on the MTV show "America's Best Dance Crew," has been charged with eight counts of child molestation. Sparks, 40, was arrested by the LAPD on Friday. His bail was set at $590,000. In the papers, Sparks is accused of committing the eight felony offenses against a minor between 1994 and 1997.
